Heated models are available in two styles. One includes a wiring pigtail that integrates with the HD harness on bikes that included a heated seat from the factory. The other seat model includes a Corbin designed wiring harness that integrates with your HD fusebox.
NOTE: shown on this page fits ONLY the new style Tour Pak from Harley-Davidson (released 2014). It will not work on the prior models.
NOTE: For the 2014 and Up Triglide, this saddle will not work with the factory passenger hand rails.
The saddle will warm faster than it will cool. We measured the seat surface going from 63 to 92 degrees in just over six minutes while cooling the seat back down took 14 minutes.

That’s right, Corbin was first to bring the luxury of heated seating to your motorcycle and now we’ve created an option for relief of your burnin’ bum during the Summer months. Like all Corbin break throughs, this system is designed for simple installation and is fully self contained in the saddle. Simplicity, Form and Function all wrapped up in one neat package.

Mr C picked up a cool thermal imaging device and we just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to play around with it. Although the color time lapse video is interesting to watch, this greyscale comparison actually tells the story more concisely. The two images in this comparison were shot just seven minutes apart with the first image being on “Cool” and the second image flipped to “Heat”. In these images, dark is cold and white is hot.

Corbin’s Dual Tour is the most generously sculpted seating on two wheels! This model is designed specifically for the HD Touring bikes that have the new (2014) Tour Pak design from The MoCo. In other words, it fits your Electra Glide Ultra Classic, Ultra Limited or the CVO Limited models. If you put the new Tour Pak on your 2014 Street Glide then this would be the way to roll for that also.

Photo SubmissionsOur rigid fibertech basepan provides a perfect fit and is built low to hug the frame. This allowed us to create a foam shape that keeps you in the sweet spot which provides a better center of gravity and more positive feeling of control. Deep, supportive bucket design gives over five inches of vertical support (15″ with backrest installed). All of this adds up to a very relaxed posture and comfortable ride so you’ll be able to go out and put serious miles under the tires.

Inside, our exclusive Comfort Cell foam provides firm support that stays resilient indefinitely. We cast this special Closed Cell material nearly twice as firm as the stock foam to support your body weight. Soft foam allows your body to fall through it the longer you sit on it… once compressed, soft foam offers no resilience and you start to experience discomfort. That’s why we always say “firm is a good thing!”

Rider’s seating area is designed to work with an optional Corbin backrest for added comfort and support. Fully adjustable to fit a wide variety of statures and riding postures. Internal hardware keeps a clean look and allows for adjustment of the backrest fore – aft as well as the standard angle adjustment. Spring loaded fold down feature makes it easier to mount the bike. Works with a variety of Corbin backrest models. We recommend model # (shown) for a very good blend of form and function.

Passenger seating area is designed specifically to work with the new model Tour Pak from Harley-Davidson. In a rare feat, this seat offers passenger seating just as wide as the rider’s position for touring luxury. Combined with the 16 inches of vertical support provided by the Corbin Tour Pak armrest and your passenger will be ready to roll all day.

Our Trunk Armrest offers a sculpted design that gives a large contact patch and excellent support with integrated armrests that works great on the HD Tour Pak. Naturally it is contructed of the same high quality materials as the saddle for good support and integrated looks.

All components include genuine leather seating inserts for a truly luxurious ride. For a very classy and subtle touch we recommend our standard natural grain leather seating with coordinating vinyl sides. We prefer leather seating because it is durable, will breathe with your body and adapt with the foam shape as it breaks in. Vinyl side panels help to support the foam shape and keep the cover looking nice longer. A wide variety of color and texture options are available by special order at no additional charge. Shown above we’ve added a Candy Red welt to coordinate with the CVOs paint.
