Brave saddle mounts to existing locations on your subframe under the fender strut covers. Required brackets and bolts included.

Once installed you can leave the strut filler pieces in place for a cleaner look.

Corbin saddles (with very few exceptions) include Genuine Leather Seating to provide a luxurious look and feel.

Most will recognize the design of this seat as the original Corbin concept from 1982 that we called the Gunfighter, though in this case the Trademark seems somehow inappropriate. With that in mind, we are proud to introduce the Indian Brave saddle!

Two models of this seat design are available:

Standard Brave Seat provides a clean look and keeps a low look over the fender.

High Back Brave Seat adds additional lower back support and offers the option of a removable rider’s backrest.

This is one of the most recognized and revolutionary seat models of all time. Often duplicated yet nobody has ever managed to match the perfected lines, clean fit and brilliant tailoring of the Corbin saddle. Plus it’s very comfortable for the rider and provides for short trip passengers too. Although on the Bobber, you would need to get yourself setup with some passenger pegs if you want a copilot.

The Brave saddle combines excellent rider support and a fast look for your Indian. Up front an ergonomically contoured saddle provides a large area of body contact for best weight dispersion. Our fastback tail section is padded and upholstered to provide for passengers while providing the rider with additional lower back support. In fact, this saddle offers a full five inches of vertical support with more square inches of ergonomically shaped body contact area!

Features genuine leather seating for a perch that breathes with your body and breaks in with the foam shape for a personalized fit. Choose from a variety of leather styles to customize the look of the saddle at no additional charge. Leather makes an excellent cover for a motorcycle seat because it is extremely durable and luxurious to ride on. Just be sure to care for it properly with a quality leather conditioner like our Saddle Cream.

Corbin’s Brave saddle fits perfectly to the lines of the bike and enhances the appearance of the Scout. Saddle installs on your bike with tabs that go under the strut covers and attach to the subframe to stock bolt locations. Hardware and instructions included.

Our Brave saddle provides excellent support for riding while the shaping in the nose allows good ground reach at stop signs. We’ve designed our saddle to place the rider in the sweet spot for the best feeling of balance and control. This position is slightly further back and higher than the OEM seat.

New Backrest Hardware CoverThis saddle cover has been updated to use our new backrest hardware cover with the sliding door as shown here. To install the backrest, just slide the cover over to the side. When the backrest is not needed, just slide it closed. It doesn’t get easier than that!

Provides a precision fit to every arc and contour of the machine and rides on rubber bumpers to protect your paint. We always design our basepans as flat as possible so bumps or odd shapes don’t telegraph through the foam to your body.

ERGONOMIC SHAPING: A major part of the design criteria of the Corbin saddle is the Ergonomic shape. This means the saddle’s foam shape is designed to emulate the curves of the human body. This provides more square inches of body contact and helps to eliminate hot spots. This shaping also neutralizes the seating platform to help curb sliding in the saddle which reduces fatigue. PATENTED MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY: Always an innovator, Mike Corbin invented Integrated Molding technology which is now the process by which all Corbin saddles are made. This process allows extremely tight tolerances and creates a chemical bond between the foam and base material.
