An outstanding Classic style Solo seat for the nostalgically styled Indian Scout. Provides maximum rider comfort combined with classy looks and a range of custom options. Accepts our removable backrest for a total of 12 inches of vertical back support. Our sculpted seating position gives maximized body contact and provides touring quality comfort. Neutralized seat platform offers a more ergonomic position on the bike.

For your passenger we offer two pillion options that mount up easily to your Indian. Our standard pillion keeps a clean, low profile built up with our exclusive Comfort Cell foam to provide good mid-range comfort. Corbin’s Touring Pillion is built wider and thicker with a dished seating platform to provide maximum weight distribution and support. Both come upholstered to match your Corbin solo for a totally integrated look.

Corbin’s removable rider backrest is simple to install and adjusts easily to your posture. Just slide the backrest shaft into the internal hardware of the Classic Solo and lock it in place with a single bolt. You can then set the backrest where you want it and lock it in place with the easily accessible adjustment screw… no need to remove the saddle. Choose from a variety of backrest styles to suit your taste although we recommend the above for the perfect balance of looks and support.

Classic solo saddle and backrest provide excellent support for riding while the shaping in the nose allows for ground reach at stop signs. We’ve designed our saddle to place the rider in the sweet spot on the bike for the best feeling of control. This placement is most comperable with the stock Indian seat, yet the narrow nose provides ground reach similar to Indian’s reduced reach model while the neutralized seating area allows taller riders to scoot back for leg room. The best of both worlds!

All components use our proprietary high density Comfort Cell foam for a firm supportive ride. Dished shaping provides good contoured support and minimizes the tendency to slide in the saddle. Sculpted to support your body from the sides and eliminate centralized pressure on your tailbone.

New Bobber Brown leather!Choose from a range of leather styles and colors for a custom touch. Leather will provide a perch that breathes with your body and will break in along with the foam shape for a personalized fit. Be sure to care for your leather saddle with a quality conditioner like our Saddle Cream. With proper care, your seat will age gracefully developing a unique character and will be your riding buddy for years. Optional chrome studs provide an added nostalgic touch (included at no charge, just specify).

Our #02-S model backrests have removable finishing plates on the rear available in a range of styles. The standard plate is an ABS leather look, but we can also provide one with a carbon-fiber look or primer and ready for custom paint. For just a little extra, we can provide the finishing plate on your backrest prepainted or in chromed steel. These make a perfect finishing touch.

If you’re looking to add a bit of convenient storage, the rear finishing plate can be replaced with the . This adds four liters of locking storage that is perfect for maps, cell phones, bottled water and other small travel essentials. Comes fully lined and weather stripped to protect cargo. Available in plain black ABS or prepainted gloss black for a little extra.

Corbin’s Classic Solo is designed to also work with the Indian passenger seat if you prefer. Corbin’s Classic Solo saddle does not work with the Indian accessory driver backrest that bolts to the fender.

New Backrest Hardware CoverThis saddle cover has been updated to use our new backrest hardware cover with the sliding door as shown here. To install the backrest, just slide the cover over to the side. When the backrest is not needed, just slide it closed. It doesn’t get easier than that!

Provides a precision fit to every arc and contour of the machine and rides on rubber bumpers to protect your paint. We always design our basepans as flat as possible so bumps or odd shapes don’t telegraph through the foam to your body.

PATENTED MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY: Always an innovator, Mike Corbin invented Integrated Molding technology which is now the process by which all Corbin saddles are made. This process allows extremely tight tolerances and creates a chemical bond between the foam and base material.

GENUINE LEATHER: We use leather in all panels of the seat that contact your body. This provides a luxurious ride that breathes with your body. Leather will also break in along with the foam shape to support the personalized fit. Available in a wide range of textures and styles to suit your taste.

ELECTRIC HEAT: As an option we can include electric heat in this saddle! This option provides a true bit of luxury for when the temperature starts to drop. Simple to install with major components pre-built into the saddle. Just wire in the included pigtail and you’re ready to roll.

CORBIN BACKREST SYSTEM: The first and most versatile removable backrest system available for motorcycles! Corbin’s backrests provide added vertical back support and long range comfort.
